Terms of sale for the premium report

1. Seller

iSOLUTIONS S.à r.l., 274, route de Thionville, L-5884 Howald, RCS Luxembourg B84137, VAT LU19041039, info@isolutions.lu, operator of the PlusValue.lu website.

2. Subject

The premium report is a personalised PDF document generated automatically from the data you enter in the PlusValue.lu calculator. It presents a simulation of the tax on a property capital gain in Luxembourg, scenarios and general information on filing.

3. Price and payment

The price is €29.00, including 17% Luxembourg VAT. It is paid in full when ordering, through the payment provider Mollie B.V. An invoice is sent to you by email.

4. Delivery

The report is delivered immediately after the payment is confirmed, by email and through a personal download link.

5. Right of withdrawal

The report is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. By ticking the box provided when ordering, you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once it is delivered. If the report cannot be delivered for technical reasons, the price is refunded.

6. Nature of the report

The report is an indicative simulation. It is based solely on the data you entered and on the tax rules known at its date. It is not tax advice, legal advice or a notarial opinion, and it does not replace a review of your situation by the tax office, a tax adviser or a notary. Only the tax assessment issued by the tax office is binding.

7. Limitation of liability

iSOLUTIONS S.à r.l. does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the results and is not liable for inaccurate or incomplete data you enter, nor for decisions taken on the basis of the report. To the extent permitted by law, the liability of iSOLUTIONS S.à r.l. is limited to the price paid for the report. This limitation does not apply in the event of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor to your statutory consumer rights.

8. Personal data

Your data (email, name, simulation data) is used only to produce and deliver the report and to issue the invoice, which is kept in line with accounting obligations. Payment is processed by Mollie; we do not receive your card details.

9. Complaints and governing law

For any question: info@isolutions.lu. The contract is governed by Luxembourg law, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. You can also contact the national consumer mediation service (mediateurconsommateur.lu).
